A couple in Fairfax hired New Avenue to create a detached accessory dwelling for their home. After meeting with the homeowners and getting to know the site, the designer created this floorplan, which includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, a living room, a dining nook, a kitchen, a deck, and a patio. Closet space and having a half bath in addition to the full bath was important to the homeowners.
