Cost to design and permit an addition to a home in Fremont, CA
Navin and Monica wanted to expand their one-story home in Fremont, making it a two-story home to take full advantage of the spectacular views in their neighborhood. They wanted to maximize their living space while leaving the option to rent out the new space in the future.
A New Avenue design professional designed a second-floor addition that includes a hobby room, a living room, a wet bar, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The designer was careful to incorporate the new floor into the existing home design since Navin and Monica wanted to maintain a single-family look.
