How our software makes ADUs, additions, or custom homes easier

Designing and building an addition, remodel or custom home is a complicated process that involves one to two years of planning and then 45+ people to do the actual construction.

Our goal at New Avenue has always been to create tools that make it easy and fun. We’ve taken our experience from working with hundreds of clients and spent the last couple months building new features that do exactly that.

Every project now has a Milestone Checklist right on the dashboard. Your checklist lets you know what needs to get done from the design phase to your grand opening party. This is a great way to understand what your designer and contractor are working on and what the next deliverables will be. We are also constantly updating and adding to this as we further develop our app to better serve our clients, so it will keep getting better with time.

You can use your project portal in our app to communicate with your team. Whenever someone sends a message through our system you will get notified by email. It will also appear in the message center in the app. To respond to a message or communicate with your team simply login to the app and head to your message center. You can send messages, read the history of the project communication, and even break down messages by topics. You can also attach files if you need to share information with your project team. All of these messages are stored on the system so we have a record of all decisions and everyone can reference past messages quickly and easily. This keeps you, your spouse, your designer and your contractor on the same page, and squashes headaches and mistakes before they happen.

We work on building new features and improving existing ones every day. Keep an eye on your project page to see what else we’re up to!
