The architect will discuss process, costs, design ideas and feasibility. This is a working meeting, not a sales pitch. There is no obligation to continue.
Architects will create proposals in New Avenue's standard budget template and post them to your online project timeline. You can review, discuss and ask for edits. Click approve to automatically hire them with New Avenue's fair and balanced Design/Build Agreement.

Bids are entered in New Avenue's standardized budget form so you can compare them apples to apples. When you're ready, click approve and automatically hire your contractors with New Avenue's fair and balanced Construction Agreement.
During construction, we track change orders and ensure nothing is billed until the work is done.
