Matt and Nora, homeowners in Portland, wanted to open up the common areas of their home and update their kitchen. They planned to convert their existing sunroom into a new kitchen and mudroom. They also needed a sink and shower added to the downstairs bathroom.
Angela, a New Avenue partner architect, created a plan that met their needs. The new floorplan expands the usable space inside the home, increases storage space, and gives the common areas a more open feel while maintaining distinct family, dining, and kitchen areas.
