As part of our one-stop shop service, we will work with you to navigate and manage the complicated process of creating a new home.

New Avenue has expertise in the most efficient and sustainable ways to build and remodel second units. When you hire us, we will weigh the cost and benefits of modular construction, remodeling an existing structure or new custom construction. We then work with you to determine which of these three options is ideal.

We are a licensed general contractor, but most of our work is performed with local builders and specialized subcontractors. We recruit different partners in order to provide you the best possible attention to detail and skill level we can find. We are LEED accredited professionals and licensed to perform the structural engineering that is required for most projects in California. Our one-stop shop service is designed to coordinate with the entire process including design, detailing, financing and construction but we don’t require that you hire us for everything. If you have a trusted architect, engineer or builder, we will gladly work with them as part of our process.

You will benefit from working with us because we have interviewed more than 300 general contractors, specialized subcontractors and craftsman and we work with 1 out of 40 that we interview. We are constantly testing and verifying the quality of our current partners as well as looking for new and better people. We spend hundreds of hours looking for each partner before we add them to our network. This results in the highest quality homes, sustainable designs and a well planned and managed building process.
